Adjusts slot machines, video games,coin-handling, card shuffling and all other machines and equipment followingmanufacturer's specifications, using hand and power tools. Conducts generalmaintenance and/or service on all machines and equipment. Prepares requisitionsfor parts, tools equipment, etc. and forwards to Casino management forapproval.
Fills machines with coins and testselectrical and coin-handling systems.
Collects coins and currency from changemachines and makes settlements with cashier cage to balance assets and cashretrieved from the machines.
Prepares written authorization for jackpotpayouts and presents to Cashier and/or Casino management based on establishedCasino Operations policies.
Extends courtesy and helpful gaming informationto guests. Responds to guest complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner.
Maintains an awareness of the guests toavoid possible security problems. Observes players and machine operation forimproper use or possible security problems. Notifies management and/or securityof suspicious behavior.
Maintains and repairs signage andcomputerized gym equipment.
