She represents individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes in state and federal court in both Kansas and Missouri.
Advising clients of all sizes through the litigation process, Desarae works to understand each client’s position and needs and then develops strategies tailored to securing the best possible resolution. She has significant experience handling matters in real estate, construction, and banking and brings valuable business context insight and knowledge of those industries.
Prior to launching Harrah Law, Desarae practiced for more than a decade at traditionally modeled mid-size firms, including as a partner at a regional firm based in Kansas City. Inspired by the burgeoning start-up environment in her hometown of Kansas City, Desarae pursued a longtime entrepreneurial ambition and founded Harrah Law in 2019.
She advises clients of all sizes through the litigation process, developing creative strategies and zealously advocating on their behalf.
Desarae is a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program Class of 2012 and is a member of both the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Association of Women Lawyers of Greater
Kansas City.
